Today I am thankful for my family, even if this is the very best picture I can get of all of us together.
And I am thankful for my husband's job, even if it means we can't be together on Thanksgiving.
I am also thankful for my relationships with my extended family, which make it completely natural to be together on a holiday, even when Greg isn't there.
A verse I have been pondering lately is, "Better is a dry morsel, and quietness therewith, than a house full of sacrifices, with strife." Proverbs 17:1
I am thankful that we are able to live humbly, but happily rather than living with strife attempting to have much that is unnecessary.
I hope everyone is having a fantastic holiday and are finding things in their life to be thankful for.
