This week I am thankful for the tradition of Thanksgiving football in the Zarko family. Admittedly, it is Greg that keeps the tradition alive, he even activates his facebook account once a year to organize friends and family for the Friday following Thanksgiving.
We all meet in layer upon layer of clothing to brave the cold, and each other, to play football. Getting the girls to play is a little tricky, and their involvement doesn't last long, but it is fun to all come together, catch up, and ultimately, enjoy hot cocoa.
The entire experience is even more fun now that we can bring our kids...and we look forward to all the kids that will be coming in the future.
